A Plan That WorksSeptember 2, 2010 Nikki(New Orleans, LA) I've struggled with losing weight for the past few years. Unfortunately, following traditional low calorie/low fat diets stopped working for me. I was leery about the Metabolism Miracle book because it starts with low carbs. I just completed Phase One and have lost 12 pounds and several inches. My blood pressure has also gone down. I look forward to having more carbs on Phase Two and continuing my weight loss success. If you have tried traditional diets with no success, give this plan a try.
A diet plan that works!!August 28, 2010 reid4keeps Some of the girls at work have been on The Metabolism Miracle diet and have lost a significant amount of weight. When I heard about another diet book, I was skeptical and thought yeah, whatever. But my coworkers weight loss was so obvious, I began to think I need to try this. I ordered the book off Amazon.com, received it within just days or my order, and began to read. I thought "I can do this." The diet is not difficult to follow, and I'm very happy to say that I have lost 8 1/2 pounds in less than 2 weeks. I haven't been hungry, I feel better, I look better, and can get into clothes I haven't been able to button. This diet works!! I don't get on here to recommend products, books, etc., but I understand the struggle with weight loss. With so many gimmicks on the market today, I felt I should give this one a thumbs up.
