Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Keep your notebook cool! This Executive cooling pad for notebooks features three built-in 60 mm fans for easy thermal heat dissipation, keeping your notebook from getting too hot. Simply plug into your USB port! It's great for laptop users. Keeping your laptop cool can prevent all sorts of undesired symptoms caused by overheating, for example, locked or hung programs. It can be used either as a buffer for mobile users to isolate the hot bottom of laptop from your lap or keep your laptop cool if it is used as your main computer sitting on a desk running most of the day.3 fans once turned on will quietly whir the heat away from your laptop at a rate of 3000 RPM, producing 30 CFM of airflow. Hot air is sucked in from the bottom of the laptop and exhausted through the opening on the rear.

3 out of 5 stars Does the job but flawed...   January 9, 2009
I ordered this for my wife's laptop, but when I received it there was a buzzing noise...I had to remove the fan guard on the bottom of the unit, apparently the fan was rubbing against it...I have owned 3 of these and they are all pretty basic....

1 out of 5 stars not good   January 8, 2009
I bought this for my Son for Christmas. When he hooked it up for his lap top ,it didn;t work. I already talked to some one there about it and I sent it back to you already.

1 out of 5 stars Miss led by the appearance!   January 6, 2009
Not as nice as I thought it appeared. I could & should have bought a better product at a lower price at a local store. I do not plan to use this service again!

3 out of 5 stars decent for home use or on flat surfaces   December 20, 2008
I didn't realize when i ordered this product that the bottom would be bare. So it eliminates having this on your lap or anything but a flat surface or you risk getting something lodged into the fans. After a few months the middle fan stopped working. Over all it's cheaper than other laptop coolers but maybe spring for a 5 dollar more expensive one and it will be more travel worthy. one more thing most other coolers have two fans anyway so my non working third fan was an ok loss i guess.

4 out of 5 stars does it's job   December 12, 2008
It's very light weight, although it isn't really for on-lap use. The power switch is a handy feature, and USB power is easy to use.l
