Bargain Printer/Scanner/CopierNovember 21, 2008 Quiet, quick, compact. Setup is a long process but just follow the manual and you won't have any problems. I am not using the wireless or network setups, however. If the ink usage is better than my old Epson, I'll update to 5 stars. I like the way all the doors close so it doesn't collect dust and is easy to clean. The front door opens by itself when it needs to eject a page.
Good Easy to Use PrinterNovember 19, 2008 I got the Canon MP620 after getting tired of hassling with my HP All-in-One which would lock up for no apparent reason. The Canon is simple, has worked perfectly. I haven't set it up on my home network yet. I miss having a fax, but I'll figure out the scanner and use it to email what I would have faxed. I have had only one paper jam since I bought the printer and no "phantom" problems, a pleasure after my frustrating years with HP.
Great print quality, long install (but no problems)November 19, 2008 I first got the Kodak ESP 7 for my wi-fi printing needs, but the print quality was below even the Canon i560 it was replacing so back it went. Canon really has the photo printing done well, and the 620 is another improvement.
Took off a star because the install process could use improvement. I had no problems on XP or Vista but it was time consuming and required a USB cable (included.) The Kodak's install was completely wireless and easy.
Easy setup and trouble free operationNovember 19, 2008 The instructions for setup were clear and easy to follow. I love the wireless feature. No more USB cable. The print quality is excellent. I also like the printed document tray that opens automatically at the start of a print job. When the printer is not in use, all the trays and covers can be closed, protecting the internal mechanisms from dust and giving the printer a smooth clean look.
Good printer so far!November 16, 2008 Shipping was prompt and the printer works well with only two minor issues so far: a wireless setup error and a bad paper jam. Printed pages are very clear!
