SERVICE EXCEPTIONALSeptember 17, 2008 I placed my order and recived it normal processing time however the envelope arrived 1 cartridge short apparently the envelope was damaged and resealed might I add the there was no invoice enclosed which led me to belive that the damage was done in shipping. I advised the shipper and received a replacement in 3 days NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE.

Great Prices for Ink Cartridges!April 30, 2008 After buying generic ink cartridges on-line at various ink cartridge suppliers and having to return them because they are dried out, I now use HP Ink Cartridges and think Amazon prices are very good. For my HP 5610, I buy the 56 rather than the 27 black ink cartridge.
