Good looking and highly functional for what it promisesSeptember 5, 2008 I was looking for a pocket-sized camcorder to use for basic video recording and this one works just fine. Couldn't be easier to use, the equivalent of a point-and-shoot digital camera. Good resolution, viewfinder just large enough to be useful for framing the subject and playback. Easy download directly to PC.
This is one of those great products that does what it says it will do. No over promising here: the maker tells you you're going to get 60 minutes of flash drive recording in a compact, well-designed unit and thats exactly what you get. It will be useful for casual videocamming and on-the-run recording. It will not be useful for someone who wants a lot of bells and whistles or the ability to do a lot of fancy editing and framing. But it gave me what I wanted at a price that you simply can't beat.
Flip MinoSeptember 2, 2008 An excellent companion to any outing. The Flip Mino is a great little camera with only a few shortcomings. The design is well thought out and focused on the functions of the camera, while the quality of the video is amazingly high-quality.
My biggest complaint is the how excessive the video jitters on panning or trying to walk, even smoothly, while recording. Slow pans are a necessity with this camera to avoid this effect.

Great video cameraAugust 31, 2008 After reading the reviews of this camera I took the chance and purchased it, what a fun video camera. It takes great videos and is so easy to use. I went to New Mexico and wasn't sure if it would capture the beauty of the mountians, well it did and its amazing how long 60 minutes is. I am very pleased with this camera, its a must buy for anyone that wants to capture special moments.
Flip Video Great ProductAugust 30, 2008 I've had nothing but good experiences with the Flip Video. It's not super quality video, but, it's portability, ease of use, and quality video make it a good prodcut for quick videos. It's great to have handy for events.
Wonderful Video CameraAugust 30, 2008 I absolutely love this little camera for its convenience. It's size makes it perfect for taking everywhere. What's thepoint of having a camera if you don't have it available whenever and wherever you are! I plan to use it to make a video of each of my students throughout their years in highschool where I teach young adults with special needs. Not to mention with my grandson who will be making videos of his own and uploading them to the internet. It's so easy even he can do it, and he just turned 6.
