Sound beyond size! The iHM7 is the perfect speaker for your iPod, iPhone, laptop or any MP3 player. The iHM7 speaker extends for surprisingly big sound that must be heard to be believed. It features a built-in rechargeable battery, vacuum bass expansion and USB charging.

5 out of 5 stars Ihome Speaker   December 29, 2009

This little Speaker is quite remarkable in its quality to put out nice sound. Its size makes it easier to take along. Very pleased with this product!

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful Little iPod Gadget!   December 24, 2009
Avon Lady Lisa (Hanceville, Alabama)
I was a little unsure if I would like the little iHome Mini Speaker. I did not set my expectations too high because I knew being so small, the sound might not be there. I was pleasantly suprised! For it's size, it does have good sound! I love how easy this is too use. A very portable option to earbuds. My son jokes with me that it looks like I am listening to a little yo-yo :) But again for the price and size, this is a great way to listen to my iPod when I don't want to wear the earbuds or I want to let others hear the music too. I also love that it is rechargeable! No burning through alkalines! It is so simple to recharge too! Just plug it into a USB port! The charges are lasting for long periods of time as well. I have had it for a few weeks now and have had to charge it twice. I am really enjoying this item and would be comfortable recommending it to family and friends.

1 out of 5 stars terrible   December 13, 2009

I used this about 3 times, before it stopped working. It is a useless piece of junk. Battery does not last longer than an hour. It simply stopped working.

4 out of 5 stars Loud if you need it, good for netbook   November 22, 2009

Wow this speaker can be loud if you crank it up. It would be great for parties -- I'm amazed that much sound comes out of it. I bought this and the X-Mini II Capsule Speaker at the same time. This one is louder than the X-Mini II with a good amount of bass for its size. It is smaller than the X-Mini II but it has a slight tinny sound when cranked up. I prefer the X-Mini II for the overall music quality -- it has a better range between high and low tones -- but there's nothing wrong with this one so I gave it four stars. Works very well with a netbook and is great for videos.

4 out of 5 stars Very Cute yet Loud little speaker   November 14, 2009

I bought this because my laptop speakers gave out, its nice and small and fits in the palm of my hand, just twist it open. Its not as big as the picture at all when open, it says don't stretch it so I didn't, it does it by its self. It came with a cloth carry bag and a (2-n-1) USB /headphone jack cord. I watch movies (I can listen to music in the car), so I cant tell you about the bass or treble but all of my movies sound great and the thing is LOUD. I take my PC to work to watch TV. I work midnights, I plug this in to earphone jack turn it on and can control the volume from the PC. Its just a plug and play no need for PC to find new hardware. Make sure it is off when charging if you are not charging and listening at same time. It will cause interference. I gave it 1 point off because the cord is not long enough to charge (USB) and listen to for me. My headphone jack is on other side of the usb but other then that its absolutely fine.
