Just received this product from Amazon seller Auto Alley and I like it as I am a frequent flyer. However, be aware that the picture that Amazon displays for the product is wrong.
You are getting two cases with inserts for iPod and iPod mini, and that is it. You are not getting a clear film, a leather case, polishing cloth or strap (as the picture shows). I paid Auto Alley $15.95 + shipping. I don't know why Amazon is selling it for $23.95. Maybe Amazon is including these things? Anyway something is out of whack. The description of the item certainly doesn't say that you will get those other extras.
I have the new silver iPod video 80GB and it fits VERY tightly into the insert, to the point that if I had a leather or silicone case over my iPod, it would NOT fit in there.

This product is not cut right for IPod Generation 5 or the new 160 GB IPOD Classic. I'm going to use an exacto knife but it's a hassle. This product only comes with the two cases... there are no internal protectors... do not go by the pictures. Two cases only... I'm going to keep them, but I probably should have returned the product.

I bought this for my 5G iPod video, and it works great. They must have redesigned the cut-out for the headphones because mine is cut out to the right...exactly where it's supposed to be. I can fit headphones, iTalk, and dock connector in the pouch, and with the iPod inside, it stills closes well. I have my iPod in the leather case, and it is great. It doesn't get 5 stars because the plastic protector sheet for the face is too thick. The thickness affected the touch sensitivity. I bought the thinner protector sheets that Apple offers, and it works much better! The case fits great in my backpack, or purse, and I have had no problems with damage. It may be a bit too bulky for some people, but I love this thing, and it comes with almost everything you would need to protect your iPod. I would recommend this.

Although this item claims to be compatible with the video iPod, it is so, but only if you're good with an exacto knife. The cutout for the headphones is centered instead of offset to the right.
Also it's not really clear what options you're getting with this product. When I bought one for my iPod video at Target, the cutout was in the right place, and the iSnug came with a separate internal cover for the iPod as well as a full size scratch guard for the front.
When I bought this one for my kids, well.... you already know about the cutout, but the internal cover and the screen guard were not included. Fortunately, I am good with an exacto knife.
