Great Light, But...August 31, 2010 S. Eddins(Cedar Rapids, IA) The light is everything promised and discussed. Just the right brightness, smaller than some but larger than others, nice and grippy and well priced. Now for the "But..."
The neck is just a little too too rigid for our use. My wife is concerned that it will become kinked or broken if she carries it in her tote for her long commute. She believes she would be more comfortable with a folding light that can take some pressure if a large book gets dropped into her bag after the light is already rolling around in it.
Great LightAugust 30, 2010 Francisco This is a great light, I'm very happy with it. It allows me to read for hours during the night without bothering my wife. It is also excellent when traveling, sometimes hotels and planes do not have good reading lights, so I just pack this very small item in my carry-on, and I'm ready to read wherever I am and at any time, day or night. Light is really bright, it illuminates the whole text beautifully. I highly recommend this product; it is perfect for the Kindle.

I loved this light, used it for my Kindle DX exclusively. it was light, bright enough for my need,s stayed in place, nicely without slipping or needing much adjustment.
I had one minor and one major complaint
the flexible neck seemed not to keep the shape I put it in very long, it would gradually drift out of position but it was slow enough as to not really be noticeable.
the major problem was that after about a month of use the spring snapped. the entire top half of the clamp broke off, and went flying across the room.
I was disheartened to say the least.

Out of the box, it was great. I liked that it had 2 levels of brightness. When I turned it on to use it later, it would not turn on. I kept trying...nothing. Next day, I tried it and it came on. Lasted 15 minutes and the light went out. Today, nothing. I no longer have the box so I can't return it. I'm ordering another brand today. But I'll never trust the Mighty Bright brand again :(
