Absolute Junk...not a match for 1525 Dell InspironsAugust 24, 2010 Scott G This adapter has my computer running so hot I within only two minutes of charging that I had to remove it from the charger. This looks like a cheap rip off charger and does not even fit right into the computer. This is not an OEM product and I highly recommend not buying one.

Works FineAugust 19, 2010 Will Works fine, just wish it didnt have the three plug outlet thing. Wish it just had the two metal things. Had to go out & buy one of those adapters so I could even use it.
not a very reliable power adapterAugust 17, 2010 ahh the first one shipped by Power Adapter World died after just two weeks. the company was great at sending a replacement, but I have little confidence that this one will be any better. I hope this power adapter lasts longer that the first one...
Do not buy this chargerJuly 30, 2010 Joe I bought this charger yesterday only as my previous dell charger stopped working. Though i got the charger in 1 day instead of 2, but it did not work at all. When i connected to my Dell Inspiron 1525 it propmted a message saying that please connect another charger of 65w or higher. This charger may affect performance of your system. It was plugged in but not charging. Moreover, my laptop was getting very hot and it turned off suddenly. This happened for 10-15 times. The back of the laptop was very hot. I don't know how much this charger has damaged the battery.
I bought this because it was "by Dell" and the power rating was same as of my previous charger. I also read all reviews and ordered this one. But, i strongly recommend you not to buy this one (if you are buying for Inspiron 1525). Amazon is giving me refund for this product but you don't know want to buy something which one has to return in a day only.
