3 out of 5 stars Works fine for me   August 12, 2008
Finally that corded mouse died and I could order a new mouse for my work laptop. I was originally looking at laser type ones but the V220 was the only one available at the time of purchase. It is smaller than the mouse I was used to, but not uncomfortable to use. The response and connection has worked fine for the past 3 months. I also agree with other reviews that the battery position is not very intuitive. Also the manual provided in the package is pretty lame, but eventualy sends you to their website for the downloaded software. Although I thought that Logitech did a poor job of telling you which software you actually needed. It seemed to be named something other than what was printed in the manual. Eventualy, I must have picked the right one. Downloaded then installed in order to slow down that holy-fast pointer.

5 out of 5 stars Good buy   August 10, 2008

@ 19 bucks....this is a very good buy. I haven't used this for a long time but the product certainly looks promising and in par with other logitech products. If you are looking to buy a good cordless mouse at around 20-25 bucks..this a very good buy.

5 out of 5 stars Cute Little Mouse   August 9, 2008
I purchased this mouse for my wife. She has very little hands and a full size mouse has always bothered her. She has a full size desktop computer with a USB keyboard. The keayboard has two USB ports. Just plugged in the receiver and it connected without downloading any software. She has XP. She just loves it.

Great little mouse for those with small hands. It is not just for users with laptops. This works great. I will check the battery life and see if it stands up to the other reviews I have read.

1 out of 5 stars Works as expected except for one tragic flaw   August 2, 2008

Pushing down the wheel to activate the middle button requires an annoying amount of effort. Once the wheel is down it tends to activate the horizontal scroll buttons as well. If this were a software problem it might be fixed with the latest driver. Unfortunately, I believe this is a mechanical design flaw.

5 out of 5 stars Logitech Mouse   July 18, 2008
I received the product. Plugged in the bluetooth plug into my usb port. Put the battery in the mouse and it worked as anticipated! I installed the related software. It was working before I did. Sure is nice to have a product that works right straight out of the box!
